Meet Mike Hogan
Mike’s passion for real estate began decades ago as an investor buying and flipping homes. He got his sales license in 2001, renovated over 125 properties, and managed his own rental portfolio until focusing on sales in 2008.
Highly knowledgeable and client-centric, Mike founded The Hogan Group in 2012 to raise the bar on service and has achieved outstanding success. He’s been recognized with top production awards at the company and association level, is nationally ranked by RealTrends (183rd in the U.S.), and is consistently in the top 50 at Keller Williams worldwide out of 190,000+ agents.
Luxury real estate sales is Mike’s forte. He works with buyers, sellers and investors throughout Central Virginia, from Charlottesville to Richmond to the DC Metro area, to waterfront properties in Northern Neck, VA. This seasoned local expert has lived in the Richmond area for over 26 years, and is an invaluable resource for all things real estate.
